Hi, is the waist exactly 28? what is the length and condition.

@lilykatny hi, yes exactly 28 inches and about 40 inches long. I’m 5’3 and it was a midi length on me. It’s in excellent condition from what I can tell. I never wore it because the waistband was too small.

@jwillhi Thank you, it's a beautiful skirt. I will have to measure. 40 inches might be too long. I am only 5'1 but it is very hard to find petite size and regular sometimes works.
