Cecil and lou Smocked Birthday Bubble

Darling blue and white striped smocked birthday bubble with cake and presents embroidered on the front. Features Peter Pan collar, buttons along the back and snaps at the crotch. Beautiful lined material. Worn once, hung to dry, excellent condition except for one very faint mark in the smocking that’s barely noticeable (shown in pictures). Sad to let this one go!
