Cece by Cynthia Steffe Kayte floral short sleeve shift dress. Sold out online in this size (0). Includes pockets. Please note that there are a handful on tiny dark specks on the sleeves and a couple others throughout the dress, which I have not been able to remove after washing (dry cleaning may help).
