CeCe White with Black Piping Midi Dress

A nice simple white dress with black piping made by Cece. The dress has short sleeves with bows on them. It zips up the back and is lined. The dress is made of polyester and is machine washable. It is a size large and measures 21 1/2” from armpit to armpit. It is 35” in length. The dress is NWOT and has not been worn. It would look cute with black pumps.
