CeCe Velvet Paisley Long Sleeve Dress

Cute polyester velvet dress. Looks nice with tights. Dress is lined. It is above the knee but not too mini. Dress is 36” from neckline to hem. Loose fit with a swing. Sleeve is puffed at shoulder with a tiny ruffle. I wore a 10 dress and this Medium fit nicely. Hand wash, line dry. I’m reposhing because I’ve been eating too many cookies!
