CeCe, 2X off the shoulder top, animal print, with ruffled sleeves

CeCe brand, 2X, animal print, mostly black and white but does have some yellow/gold in the center spots. Worn a handful of times, in great shape! This can be worn up on the shoulder or off the shoulder! Super cute!
