@rkhbeau2 ... Hi. I can’t find a material tag inside the boots. However, I did do a Google search and there a several for sale (way more than I’m charging) and they are saying upper leather. So I’m not 100% sure, but to me it does have a leather smell...thanks,Lisa

@rkhbeau2 ... Hi I didn’t say that they were hard to get on but I feel the shaft runs narrow. If someone has wide calves, these aren’t the boots for them. I am a 7 1/2 in boots, so they don’t fit me. I can measure the width with a tape measure when I get home later if you like. The boots are new and in mint condition... Lisa
