Caution to the Wind Rib Knit Ruched Side Cut Out Slit Maxi Dress

- Only worn once and in perfect condition!! - The size tag has been cut out because it was itchy but I am almost positive that it is a XS, but can fit up to a small (see pics for measurements). - Side hole can be untied and adjusted for a loser/tighter fit or if you want a smaller/bigger side cut out:)) - Super lightweight and stretchy material.
