Cats with glasses and bow ties leggings

Fun blue leggings. They are a lighter Carolina blue in color with black white and pink accents. Have cute little cats with glasses and bow ties on them. Lightweight cotton material. Says child’s small but fit me like an adult xs. Just a little short on the legs.
