Cato women's gray and black plaid pencil skirt size 8

black and gray colors. has a plaid design. zipper at the right side. zipper in working order. there is 2 braided material across the waist with 2 buttons. makes it look like a belt! found one small pull about halfway down from the waistline. it is in the black area so unless you know where to look you wouldn't see it. I do find some lite fuzziness in places but being that it in the sides where the hands would run against it. it isn't going to be noticeable. found no other issues or flaws. this skirt does not have an underlining material. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack z, section e
