Cato small lace maxi skirt with lining

Cato skirt -size small - however it’s a maxi dress - & measures from waistline to hem 42” - so it would need to be a tall girl with heels on I would think-or wear it as a strapless dress with a tiny belt & that would be beautiful - cream color- never worn just wasting away in closet
