Cato, XL, royal blue, white circles. Mesh, tiered ruffles, flowy sleeves, slip

This is a great dress from Cato in size XL. The dress itself is a kind of mesh material that is very breathable and lightweight, perfect for a summer day. There is also a completely separate underslip in royal blue. Both the slip and dress have plenty of stretch to them. The dress is royal blue with patterns of white loops or circles. I would call it a fit and flare style. The bottom half is two large ruffled tiers. The sleeves hit at about the elbow and have an elastic cuff and plenty of fabric for a billowy look. The back of the neck has a button Closure with a little peephole. The dress hits me above the knees, I am 5’10”. Smoke free and pet free home. Armpit to armpit is about 20.5 inches, Empire waist is about 19 inches across, from top of shoulder seam to bottom hem of the dress is about 34.5 inches. The sleeve from armpit to cuff is about 11.5 inches.
