Very nice light blue colored peasant style blouse by Cato. This has an elastic neckline so can be worn off the shoulder. The sleeves have slits towards the top and flares at the ends. 75% lyocell and 25% viscose this is a great piece for summer outings, vacations, and nights by the fire.
