This is a fun three-quarter sleeved dress from Cato, size Small. The stretchy knit fabric, 95% polyester/5% spandex, is a retro inspired pattern in black and green, on a white background. Features a round scooped neckline that is banded in black, as well as black banding on the sleeves. Great as a dress, this also works well as a tunic, with leggings! Measurements (approximate, flat): Bust-18” Length-32.5” This preloved item is in great condition - the only noted flaw is some slight pilling on the banding at the neckline (from a lanyard).
