Cato Multicolor Maxi Skirt. Fold over waist. Polyester with a little bit of elasticity. Very comfortable and drapes beautifully. I love this skirt! Cute with a black, gray, or white top! Too big for me. Size M Waist = 15.5" Length = approximately 37" (depends how much waist is folded over).
