Cato C1946 two layer graduated blue enamel disk necklace on silvertone chains

This is a pretty two layer graduated blue enamel disk necklace on silvertone metal chains by Cato C1946. There is a shorter layer of graduated light blue enamel disks and a longer layer of graduated dark navy blue enamel disks. The disks are shiny enamel over silvertone. The silvertone chains start on the sides and go into the back. There is a metal C1946 (Cato brand) tag at the end of the extender. The shortest layer measures 17.5 inches plus a 3 inch extender. Very good pre-owned condition.
