Cato Woman brand 14/16W plus size women's top/tunic/blouse. The colors in the design are yellow, aqua blue, black, brown, white, and gray. Short fluttery sleeves. Sash/belt attached across the front waist and ties in the back for a slimming effect. Black overlapping pleated fabric panels on bodice form a sort of V neck. Longer style tunic.
