This is a Catherine's Curvy Collection Off the Shoulders Top that is a size 3X. It is new with tags. It is 77% Polyester, 11% Rayon, 9% Metallics, and 3% Spandex. It has a lot of stretch. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-22" and the length is 25". It is in new condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
