Catherine’s 3/4 Sleeve Blue & Green Tunic

This top is in excellent condition having only been worn a few times. The 3/4 length sleeves are gathered. Handkerchief hem is longer on the sides. This is a long top - 33” neckline to hem in the center. About 3” longer on the sides. Size 3X.
