Gorgeous 100% Silk shiny Black NWT Catherine Malandrino cocktail dress. Bought years and years ago and never wore. Sheer crocheted section as pictured. Measures approx 16 1/4 inches there - in the crochet section - when lying flat. Catherine Malandrino is known for running a little small so would check that measurement : ) Might be slight lightening on a small section of the ribbon straps - pointing this out in case you’re very picky.
