Cat in the Hat Female Tutu Dress Costume-Large

Worn once. Size Large, fits like a 14 would I believe. Top of dress is a cotton spandex and bottom is a black glitter tutu. Comes with a Headband that has the Cat in the Hat hat. Am throwing in a thing 1 and thing 2 toy with outfit. Outfit came from Spirit Halloween.
