Cat harness, blue and black, with leash

Harness and leash for cat. There is collar part that goes around the neck and a part that goes around the belly. My cat is 13 pounds and to wear it the buckles were loosened to almost at full length. So, I think the harness will fit cats his size and smaller. The material is durable and easy to wash. It is in great condition.
