NWOT. Super cute and perfect for spring, summer, vacation. Pull over style with spaghetti straps. Long maxi dress with ruching at top. My daughter never wore this. I took the tags off and may have laundered it cold/delicate and line dried so I honestly can’t tell if it’s been laundered. Otherwise never worn and in perfect condition.
