This listing is for one NEW handmade cat collar AND bow tie featuring a breakaway safety buckle and black and white skull fabric as shown in the photos. Collars are made to order so fabric placement may vary but each collar will be just as cute! All of our collars are made with a nylon or polyester webbing interior core encased in a high-quality fabric that is top-stitched for style and durability. Each collar comes with a D ring stitched into the collar, and a bell as shown in the photos. All collars in this listing are 3/8" wide.
