This is a small but might sign. “Dogs have masters- Cats have a staff” This is a tasteful handmade picture done by the artist Gloria Rena Bartz. Even though she is no longer with us, her artwork is still popular. She was an artist from Texas. The frame is quality and even the little hook on the back is made in the USA. The corner of the backing is slightly lifted as seen in the photo. It’s beautiful but I’m redecorating since I no longer have a cat. 😕 Approx measurements 6”x7”
