Cat & Jack toddler size 7 rainbow rain boots

My daughter loved these boots so much we got the next size up! Originally from Target but to my knowledge they no longer sell them in toddler sizes. Some marks along the toes, see photos. One of the loops is detached on one side see photo. Questions and offers welcome!
