Cat & Jack striped, sleeveless dress. Girls size medium, 7/8. Dress is meant to look like it's been pieced together, almost patchwork like. Blue & white are vertical on the top and half of the bottom. Top stripes are a little wider than the bottom. The other half of the skirt has horizontal stripes. Ruffle at the top of half of the skirt and a blue sparkly belt on the other half of the waist. Skirt has another layer underneath to create more poof. Excellent pre-loved condition.
