This is a pair of child's black ankle boots called "Opal Zipper Booties" from Cat & Jack in GUC. They are a Size 3. They feature zippers on the inside of the boots for ease of putting the boots on. They have a textile upper and lining, and man-made material for the sock lining. No flaws noted (though I did not take the time to clean the boots.)
