Casual skirt w/drawstring NWT

Black fleece lined, 100% polyester, super cool & fun slip on skirt. Says size large but apoears to be more like a medium although its stretchy and has elastic waistband. Skirt has side pockets and LOVE down each side. New with tags. Smoke free home.
