Casual dress blouse petite

I love the pastel colors throughout this blouse. It is made by Drapers and Damons petites. This blouse also has a pleated look throughout the entire blouse. Very lightweight. This top does have a sheer look to it. The colors that I can describe will be orange, pink ,green ,yellow, purple ,white and some light black
