Casual blue dress

Fun casual dress! Navy blue on top, and the skirt is made of three different panels. The top has blue flowers, the middle is a lighter fabric with small blue flowers, and the bottom is blue checked gingham. It ties in the back. Great dress, worn gently. In great condition! It will come ironed for your wearing pleasure :)
