Black Beaded Chiffon Drape open vest from Castle Starr. There is a front tie. Longer in front than back. Sheer and loose fitting. Beaded on the sleeves and collar and front border. There are two small areas where beads are missing but it's really not noticeable (see both pics). Size Medium (says medium but it can be Small to Medium). 100% Polyester.
