Cashmere Neiman Marcus Housecoat Women's Size Medium to Large *** FLAWED

Really soft item with 3/4 zipper in the middle slit down left side. Please see picture for small hole which can be easily sewn. Some pilling. If I have time, I will clean the pilling. If not, it is as is. Please see picture for measurements for accurate sizing will fit a small with plenty of room, medium comfortably and a small large. This does seem to run on the smaller side.
