magarac what do waist, rise and inseam measure when laying flat? with item laid flat, everything fastened/zipped up, seam-to-seam when possible

erica_sunkin @magarac apologies I missed this earlier. Laying flat it measures to about 14” but there is elastic and a tie waist so you can easily make bigger or smaller
