fuzzy400 @lotsoflovexoxo. I've been doing it for years I just redo until I need a new joint or it doesn't work I know it doesn't last as long. But I've been sick for years and all the steroids they gave me for my asthma almost killed me . But the bone disease from it is the worst. But I just try not to think of it and so should you. Really. 😉
