Carved stone heart statue

This is a heart carving on a block. The heart & stand is made out of a stone ( unfortunately I don’t know what kind of stone) There is a design/carving of a peacock on it. If you look at the photos, I did try to get one so the carving could be seen. I have taken pictures of this under a lamp and then in room light. PLEASE DO ASK FOR MORE PICTURES & DONT HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS. The base has some small scratches from shelf wear. I don’t know a brand or how it was made. It was a gift. The color is a navy blue.
