Luxurious Cartier Tank Louis Men's Watch Manual-Wined, Vintage 18K Solid Gold Case-Buckle 780861435 Sapphire Stem Black Alligator-Leather Band. Includes Watch-w-Band, + New Cartier Black-Band, Cartier Red-Leather Box. Watch serviced 7/2018, by JTS Fine Jewelry, watch was sent to an authorized Cartier Service Center for complete service/maintenance @ $750., including new mainspring. There are some scratches on the gold-case from years of gentle wear (photo); scratches can be easily polished out.

thorne1951 @ryba74 It is a small to medium watch. Cartier makes a larger oversized version, but this is the smaller version. The band is 17.5X16.0 shown in one of the photos. The watch has its original band which is in excellent condition, but comes with 2 brand new Cartier alligator black bands, a value of $500.00..

thorne1951 @ryba74 The case measures approximately 1-2/8"X7/8"X3/16". All of the Standard Original Tank Louis series are the same size and can be found at the Cartier site for further verification of exact size. As There is an oversized version, but mine is the standard size Cartier Tank Louis. The bands that I have are approximately 3” buckle side (without the buckle) by 4-1/2” fastening side or 17.5X16.0 in metric. This size band will fit the average man or woman.

thorne1951 @ses54 Thanks for the clarification on the magazines. I do have some lovely coffee table books, but I’m not ready to part with those yet. No I’m not sure what HP means (sounds like it must be good) or how to link? The Brady HGTV Show is a weekly TV Show. They are recreating the Brady House form the original TV House façade. It airs on Monday & Saturday evenings on HGTV. They added a 2,000 sq. ft. to the split-level home to recreate all of the rooms in the original TV Set.

I’ll have to try to watch that! 👍 An HP (Host Pick) is when the party hosts on Poshmark pick certian items to showcase in the posh party which makes it visible to ALL poshers on the app. And I always try to thank the hosts & share a few items in their closet. It was purchased by a dear friend in Europe and given to me in 2006 for my Birthday, but it is a vintage watch from the mid 1970's to the early 1980's as far as I know. It is in perfect condition and has not been worn since I had it serviced. I wind it to keep it up and running, otherwis eit remains in its box.

thorne1951 @edward_barrios Yes this watch is available. The case measures approximately 1&2/8"LX7/8"WX3/16"D. Sorry but I no longer see well enough to give measurements in mm. There were two sizes of this watch made, the small version and the large version, my watch is the small version. The band length is shown in the photos with the brand-new extra Cartier band included with the watch. There are some scratches on the case form gentle wear that can easily be polished out. I left as authentic character.

thorne1951 @deluzionz_24 This is a vintage Cartier Watch (possibly 1970's late or 1980's early), that was purchased by my very dear friend who has passed away in Munich, Germany and given to me for my 55th Birthday in 2006, while we were visiting NYC. I have worn the watch as a dress watch only and have not worn it at all since its last servicing on 7/20/18. It has been stored in its case and wound periodically. Though I still love the watch, I have just reached a point where I have no occasion to wear it.

flailiak @thorne1951 Thank you, I thought that number from the back of the watch case was the serial number, not the reference. From what I understand, the reference number is sometimes also on the case back, but I didn’t see it here. I’m not really positive though.

thorne1951 @flailiak All I have is a transaction receipt from my credit card and it is filled away. I am unwilling to publish anything with my name and Credit Card info on a public forum. It was services by Jewelers Trade Shop on the stated date and has not been worn since it was serviced and is in perfect running order. It has some scratches on the case-back, that I decided not to have polished away so the authenticity of the watch is apparent. Those scratches can be polished out very easily.

thorne1951 @flailiak You are correct it is the serial number, which I also consider the reference number. All numbers that are associated with this watch are shown on the back of the case clearly in the photos and there are no other numbers that I am aware of.
