Carter's infant black cat dress

Black cotton knit dress with fitted boice and gathered skirt. The skirt is topped with 2 layers of tulle. 1 small spot of tulle missing the edging. (See lst pic). The front of the bodice has a cat face embroidered & printed. There are little cat ears on the shoulders. Carter's size 12 months. Good overall condition.
