Carter’s Tulle Heart Dress

Good condition blue tulle short sleeve dress from Carter’s. Dress features a small silver heart on left chest and a tulle skirt that is lined. Dress is pull on style. There are no rips, tears or stains but there are several pulls in the tulle, please see pictures. The pulls really aren’t noticeable when the dress is on but I wanted to point them out. Smoke free, pet free home.
