Carter’s Swim Coverup

This Carter’s swim coverup is in excellent condition having only been worn a couple of times. It’s marked as a size 18 months. The fabric is a white cotton blend with dark blue polka dots. It has short sleeves and the front closes with a zipper that’s in excellent working condition. It has a pink zipper pull and a small pink flamingo on the left chest.
