Carters Embellished Short-Sleeved Sweatshirt

This top is made out of a heavy cotton material, like a sweat-shirt. It has a combination of felt and screen-printed embellishments. It’s really cute! There is a slight mark, it’s slight, but you can see it in the close-up pic. Otherwise, it’s in good condition. No other stains, rips, or tears. This top pairs well with the navy skort which is also for sale in my closet. This listing is only for the shirt though.
