Carter’s 18 month 12 month black dress and sparkly cardigan Christmas dress

Black dress and cardigan perfect for Christmas or church. The dress has some pull lines in the tulle but IMO not noticeable when worn. The top part is velvet soft. The sparkly black and silver cardigan is sooooo soft and our girls had matching ones and loved them! They wore them both with dressy clothes and for casual wear.
