I bought this about 1.5 years ago. It's lonely because i rarely use it. all of the settings work - in my opinion the moisture setting and red / blue light setting are the best. If my face is really really dry the moisture setting saves and is extremely hydrating. The Red / Blue light does help with breakouts / acne. It helped my chin breakouts also helped my chin jaw line look less "hormonal" when i used it a few days before my cycle and during . This tool is $300 online and I'll sell it for $225 with the charger and box.
