R. Carr 925 Sterling Silver mini clock with blue velvet backing. Mint condition. Clock hands aren’t moving and I don’t see an easy way to open and wind the clock or replace the battery. I’m not familiar with its inner workings. You may need to take to a jeweler to change the time unless you are already familiar with this piece.
