Carriage Court Vintage 2 Piece Floral Blouse and Skirt

Worn handful of times, just do not need anymore. This item is marked as a 12p. However, I am a size small/medium in most clothing and this fits me without being too big. Top has shoulder pads! The skirt has also been shortened. Please see last 2 photos of neck, there is very slight yellowing around collar. It isn't super noticeable but I want to be transparent about the item!
