The Lilly dress is a sleeveless ankle length apron dress. This silhouette is a bias under slip with an overlay of a bias bodice with attached full drawstring skirt. made a light gauzy fabric the skirt is also bias with adjustable drawstring and drapes beautifully over the hip.
