This is a project piece dress. The elastic in neckline is stretched/worn and I planned on trying to fix myself but wasn’t able to do it. There is a snip in the fabric in attempt. Love love love this dress I just didn’t get around to working with it. Great fit, could fit M/L. Tag was cut at retailer to prevent returns.
