Beautiful White Carol LeValley ruffle blouse, size M, made in Los Angeles, shoulder pads, front buttons. THIS IS one gorgeous blouse, it ties in the front and the ruffled sleeves are so great! I wish it would fit me, but since 4 rounds of IVF, it no longer fits me. :(
