Carol Felley Sterling Silver & Blue Stone Earrings

These gorgeous sterling silver earrings are marked with the Carol Felley hallmark and 96 ster. They dangle from a hook and have a light blue stone in the center. If anyone wants to educate me on what this stone is, I would appreciate it! They are pre-owned and in very good condition, however, I have not cleaned them and will leave that to the buyer.
