Carol Anderson Vintage Black Maxi Dress Deep V-Neck Beaded Shoulder Sz 13/14 Gorgeous vintage pre-owned dress in good condition. Long sleeves, elastic at waist, deep v-neck. Shoulder pads can be removed. All sequins and beads on shoulders appear intact. There is one fabric flaw (not a hole, believed to have been in the fabric) on the right chest. Likely vintage 80s/90s. Belt loops, but belt not included.
